Commercial Paper These are debt instruments to AAA companies who do business locally. Minimum investment is US $100,000 and generally the rate of return is 13-15% annually. Terms are for one year minimum and interest is paid monthly. 4. Offshore Hedge Fund This fund primarily invests in crude and s & p futures contracts. Return has been 20% per year but may fluctuate. Minimum investment is US $250,000. Money is managed through your brokerage account. You always maintain control of funds. Real Estate Loans We are an international mortgage broker for real estate projects worldwide. We have several loan products available: New Construction (Worldwide) For projects above US $1,000,000 we offer short term financing from 1 to 10 years for investment projects. Hotels, shopping centers, casinos, apartments, condominium projects, etc. Currently, loan rates are 6% (subject to change). Existing Projects (Worldwide) For projects above US $5,000,000 we offer financing on a select basis. Please contact us with your project details. Individual Mortgages (Dominican Republic) We offer mortgages for villas and condos. Minimum is US $100,000 to a maximum of US $2,000,000. Personal guarantees are required.
